Instructions For Deduction of TDS on Withdrawal from PF


WEF 01-June-2015, EPFO shall start deducting TDS at the prescribed rates from the amount withdrawn by the members from their EPF A/c before completion of 5 Years membership under following circumstances.
Please note that tax incidence would arise only if a member is withdrawing his PF before completion of 5 Years of his membership with EPFO subject to following:

A. If PF withdrawn is more than or equal to Rs. 30,000/- then TDS shall be deducted.

B. If PF withdrawn is less than Rs. 30,000/-, the TDS shall not be deducted..

C. If PF withdrawn is more than or equal to Rs. 30,000/- and if member attaches his PAN card copy with Form 15G/15H duly signed by the member then TDS will not be deducted.

D. If PF withdrawn is more than or equal to Rs.30,000/-, and if member attaches only a copy of PAN card without Form 15G/15H, then EPFO shall deducted  TDS @10%.

E. If PF withdrawn is more than or equal to Rs. 30,000/- and if member do not attach PAN Card copy and Form 15G/15H, EPFO shall deduct TDS @ 36.608%.

As per recent research on the “Uses of Mobile Technology by HR” is Rare. And due to that the technology Gap is playing a negative roll with HR.

A. HR Management System,
B. Human Capital Management and,
C. Social networking

These are the three most important trends where technology runs a big game to make things simple and oriented. Mobile Technology will turn you around the world.

Mobile technology making enrich to the world and human beings, in daily life using various type of applications instead of using Desktop or Laptop cause mobile is first. Technology making life compacts.

HR is to be Mobile friendly to keep trends up-to-date and upgrade before the generation gap.

Result always depends on the accuracy and consistency, where mobile technology or technology gives the same.

First "SYSTEM" or "AWARENESS"?

What need or required or to be implement First; "SYSTEM" or "AWARENESS"?

Everyone asking, talking and arguing about system and awareness. But the question always arrive that, what, how and why?

I am going with the "AWARENESS" first, and concluding the same too.

System need Awareness first, its my thinking. And I am crazy for doing arguments on this.

Awareness stand with - Knowledge, About Responsibility, Sharing Thoughts and kind of showing results.

System stand with - Experimental Process, A kind of Assessment, and Time depending process.

So I think, Awareness again in first position to start a System or Upgrading the existing system. System is a Process but Awareness park to the system on a right form and way. 

System can't develop an awareness, but Awareness can develop a System and Make that result oriented and successful too.

A small example - I have clicked some photos at Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh (India) Railway Station when I was traveling on 11/Apr/15. There is a Store Place of Free Cold Water for everyone. Few old age males are sitting in a small stall and ready to serving the cold water. But question is that still no one taking the water from them even they are serving free cold water in this very hot whether of April month.

Why? Because there is a system but less of awareness.

I have asked to few guys why they are not taking free cold water from them, instead of taking the hot water from tap or purchasing Mineral water bottles instead of can refill. Simply got replies that ; Water may not good / hygienic.

After a talk with our co-passenger, they also agree with the less of "AWARENESS" even there is a "SYSTEM".

Our prime minister Mr Modi. In our Political environment there is a system but no awareness. Resultant of failures.

Now, Our PM following Awareness first then Applying that awareness in a System within systematically process.I am following to our PM.
