HR Should be Positive in Negative (HR TALK'S)

HR - TABLE TALK
Today’s scenario is growing up with fastest coming substitutes of new technologies. It’s time to be turn with HR psychometric.

A. Time spending with employees and reporting managers.
B. Talk for finding the gaps.
C. Talk to understand till satisfactory level reach.
D. Appreciates them when they are in comfort zone.
E. Try to say No / Apology / Sorry / Guilty.



A. Time spending with employees and reporting managers: All fingers are not equal. We know that lot of things can be creating a big jerk between employees and managers. HR should be taken a quick and soft react on the same to minimize the negative things in a positive way. Suppose an employee losing performance due to having some communication gap or might be by another way or cause with manager, Its going to be critical for a long time if things will not resolved in a soft or positive way.

Technology can’t resolve Communication or behavioral Gap. It can be done only with Talk.

B. Talk for Finding Gaps: HR should be taken a lead role to minimize the Gaps and get resolved the things on a proactive soft way. 

Talk, Talk and Talk; it’s called HR Psychometric, to read the actual targeted things which creates a positive role to develop a perfect bonding between employees and managers.

C. Talk to understand till satisfactory level reach: Keep and carry forward with different types of talking techniques with the employees or co-workers till final satisfactory level match. Talk about their habits i.e. Do or Don’t.

Make point wise notes, Start Talk in the correct sequence and do not leave unfinished.

D. Appreciates them when they are in comfort zone: After finishing or crossing A, B and C you will realize that employee started to following your points. Now this time appreciate them for every repeated word and understandings.

Again re-describe them all the things with a positive barriers and approaches.

Morally, always appreciate to employees when the things are in negative or positive manner.

E. Try to minimize Negative words i.e. No / Apology / Sorry / etc.
