Why Not to be an Innovative "HR"

A HR profile, very excited to hear and in knowingly.  A great prospect towards Responsibility, Punctuality, Relations, Organization Bonding and Business Function for an Organization Development.

It’s (HR) a power factor of a back bone structure of every growing organizations.

After last two decades, here we are in the Next Generation of HR innovation. Innovation always known as an impact of changes and without innovation new things will never happen or come.

HR Department - A very respectful, honest, reliable, trust-able, innovative, creative, virtual, power with empowerment, Relation & bonding and towards to success.

HR is a Model for entire Management or an Organization who creates and develops best innovative practices and things too.

Generation changes always impact on HR Models. As an example we can comparison with old and current attendance, payroll or compliance systems.

So, my thinking for new generation is that "Why Not to be a HR".

वो बचपन और वो स्कूल।
ये जवानी और ये नौकरी।। हाँ, अब ये और बात है।

वो कागज़ की नाव और वो बारिश में पैरो से छप - छप।
ये जिम्मेदारी वाला रैनकोट और ये बेगारी।। हाँ, अब ये और बात है।

वो मुर्गा बनना और वो स्कूल की टेबल पर खड़े होना।
ये अकेली जिंदगी और ये तन्हाई।। हाँ, अब ये और बात है।

 वो छोटे - छोटे खिलोने और वो छुपन छुपाई और पोषम - पाई।
ये खेल मृत्यु के भय का और ये जीवन का सत्य।। हाँ, अब ये और बात है।

वो बातों - बातों में खिल - खिला के हंसना और वो पापा - पापा कहके गले लग जाना, आज क्या लाये पापा।
ये खुद की और दो पेट की नौकरी और ये खींझता हुआ अपनों से ही दूर होने का दर्द।। हाँ, अब ये और बात है।

वो माँ का नहलाना और वो पिता जी का टहलने ले जाना।
ये समय की अनियंत्रित चाल और ये स्वार्थीपन।। हाँ, अब ये और बात है।

वो स्कूल की यूनिफार्म और वो सभ्यता से परिपूर्ण संस्कार।
ये घमंड-वाक्  और ये अपनों के ही पैसों का दम और लड़ाई।। हाँ, अब ये और बात है।

वो क्लास का मॉनिटर होना और वो हर प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेना।
ये अपने - अपनों की प्रतियोगिता और ये दूसरों से खुद की शान का परचम।। हाँ, अब ये और बात है।

वो ग्रीष्म कालीन अवकाश और वो गाॉव का दौरा परिवार के साथ।
ये शहर की व्यस्त भाग दौड़ और ये छूटता हुआ अपनापन ।। हाँ, अब ये और बात है।

HR Life and Its Function

HR, Worldwide well known & famous Role, Department and Designation.

Read Biography and Histories on all like Poet, Film or Movie Stars, Singer, Politicians, Doctors, Animal, Human Being, Lawyer etc. etc. But neither read nor listen on HR.

HR - "Very Respectful Designation and Department" in every organization. All the Process start from here to complete the cycle whether related to Empowerment Of Organization or Employees Life Cycle of any Organization.

HR is a Single Window Operation for an Organization for streaming their day to day functions. Sure and Obviously its a Philosophy junction.

A HR life is so enthusiastic, progressive, energetic, full of attitude (Manners) and full with dignity. 

A HR play a very big role in his life to conclude the issues, upgrading the business moral, culture adoption and a big distinctive orientation.

A HR life begins with Learning, Applying and Executing the role.
